Group Bookings can be made through the website by clicking here, or by downloading our booking form and sending with payment to the Booking Registrar (address on the form). All bookings are on a first-come-first-served basis. To ensure your preferred booking dates are available, please consult the calendar.

Please note - a deposit is due at the time of booking. If booking using our online system, please mail your deposit cheque. Bookings made online will be pending until a deposit is received.

You can book your stay at Camp Woodlands using our Online Booking Form and send your deposit cheque to:
